My stay was pleasant. The key card to room had to be recharged often. Many attempts needed to get the door open. The breakfast was adequate.

Wonderful The elevator was broken and we had luggage to take to the second floor. That was painful and the shuttle bus was not available by the time we wanted to go to the airport. The breakfast and the proximity to the airport.

Exceptional We had a problem with our room and Taelor at the front desk quickly assigned us a new room as soon I made her aware of the problem. Our new room was great. She also made us aware of a shuttle service that was being offered for the concert we were attending at GLF. Paula's Shuttle saved us a LOT of money versus the Uber event prices and our driver was very sweet.
