Thank you for the review, I am sorry that you were 100% happy with your stay. Our pool isn't heated from April 1st - October 1st, and the printer in our business center is designed for mobile printing as per the signs on the computers, we would have been glad to help you at the front desk.

Visiting family Everything was great. Nothing to complain about. Staff were friendly. Location was easy to get in and out of. Breakfast. I had eggs, sausage, biscuit, waffle. They had fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, etc. Large sitting area. King Room was large. Bed comfortable. 5 pillows! 3 sets of towels that were fluffy and soft. There is an indoor pool. Did not use it, but I did see others in there having fun. Saw a beautiful Texas sunrise from our 4th floor Room. We will be back.

It was wonderful. The water in the indoor pool was freezing cold. This was the only thing I did not like. My children were looking forward to that but it was just to cold. Would love it if it had been warmer. Everything from checking in to checking out was fast and simple. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We did get a free upgrade to suites. Will definitely be staying here again.
