Exceptional The heater/ac seemed to have problems while we were comfortable it was loud and sounded like it was struggling. It was clean and very family friendly. Also the breakfast with the extra stuff like powder sugar and woop cream was a plus.

Hello, I’m so sorry that you were upset. We asked for you to call the hotel directly with questions. We have to know where you are at DFW to be able to pick you up because DFW is so large. Your deposit was already released back to you, as soon as you checked out. I’m sure that your bank will release the funds in a day or two.
