Exceptional Nothing not to like it surpasses all expectations should be a 5 star hotel ive stayed in more expensive places and this one blows them out of the water great place to stay The quietness and access to location check in is always quick and easy and the breakfast surpasses amazing theirs an array of food and the rooms are big and the beds are hands down the most comfortable ive slept in ever the water is always hot no matter what time of day or night your shower has hot water.

Awesome Key cards stopped working twice. Indoor pool was a little warm, hot tub was gross...water was brown and murky. Pool hours were listed 3 places..all 3 said something different. Staff is super friendly and very attentive. Beds are comfy...breakfast was good. Location is easy to get to.. close to everything you needed.

Thank you for letting me know about the problems with your key cards and the hot tub. I will make sure that maintenance gets an acid wash done asap.
Awesome Couple things that I didn't care for was that my debit card was charged BEFORE I checked in. I was advised that this would happen only when I called the day before my arrival...so if I would not not have called with questions I would not have known and my rooms could have been cancelled if the funds were not available. One more thing that kinda irritated me was the lady in the breakfast area. She had a bad attitude. All the other hotel staff were very nice and accommodating but she just seemed like we"the guests" wer... read more

We never cancel the rooms for declined credit cards before we reach out to the guest first, we do preauthorize for the first night because of our cancellation policy. I am so sorry that you encounter a staff member that did not have excellent customer service. We will definitely speak with her about this. Again, thank you for letting us know.
Overall it was a good location I would stay there again I chose to stay at this location because the picture showed that it had an indoor and outdoor pool which it does not it only has an indoor pool and the spa/Jacuzzi is only warm water no jets Room was nice and clean Breakfast was good

Good Breakfast The only complaint i have is the shower in our room could have been a little cleaner and had a slow drain. We enjoyed the hot tub the most the room was clean and pretty spacious.The hot breakfast was also good and they were still putting out food as late as 8:30 even though breakfast ended at 9AM. Also staff was quite friendly at check in and gave us a card for a free appetizer at the Saltgrass Steak house right next door that we were going to eat at.
