functional but mediocre and slightly odd! small things- e.g. staff completely did not acknowledge guests & whilst I support companies feeding their staff the breakfast buffet was poorly stocked, presumably because there were a constant flow of staff and what appeared to be their friends casually eating there and popping in to take food away. convenient

We appreciate the feedback and will speak with all staff about acknowledging the guests better, we strive to have the best customer service, and I am truly sorry that you did not experience that. We do allow staff to get breakfast after breakfast hours are over and we do not restock after 9AM, I did review the cameras and do not see any staff members before that time. I am very sorry that you may have missed the correct breakfast hours.
great location to visits the AT&T stadium pillows and bed were stiff great location.

Exactly where God knew I was supposed to be for the night and I am grateful! Cover fell off the AC unit twice…didn’t wait for a third time…that Unit needs replacing. Big Room…clean bathroom…great shuttle and friendly driver!
