Exceptional The room was big and spacious and very clean
Good The pillows were absolutely awful. They were either flat or had been washed too many times and were hard and lumpy. Room was very clean.

unexpectedly pleasant and excellent. spaciius room, clean, good breakfast, very accommodating staff and free shuttle within 5mile radius.
Pleasant The bed was painfully uncomfortable. The pool and jacuzzi could have been cleaner. An ice maker on each floor would have been nice. I liked the location and that there was indoor pool and jacuzzi.
Very Good The police had to be called. Also the kids were loud in the room upstairs The ambience was nice and the hotel was clean.
great employees but need thicker blankets and more comfy beds it’s was noisy and beds were uncomfortable all employees were great, especially the shuttle driver Kristy
Once we got to the hotel, everything was great. The shuttle drivers (we had to go back to the airport in the morning to We had a lot of trouble accessing the shuttle when we first arrived and the person I was talking to on the phone was not understanding or helpful. It took us an hour and a half of waiting and several phone calls to get from the airport to the hotel. Not a great first time experience in Dallas. The room and breakfast were great. The shuttle drivers were fantastic.
