Once we got to the hotel, everything was great. The shuttle drivers (we had to go back to the airport in the morning to We had a lot of trouble accessing the shuttle when we first arrived and the person I was talking to on the phone was not understanding or helpful. It took us an hour and a half of waiting and several phone calls to get from the airport to the hotel. Not a great first time experience in Dallas. The room and breakfast were great. The shuttle drivers were fantastic.

Thank you for the review of our hotel. I am very sorry you had trouble finding the correct location at the airport. We do know that it can be confusing, especially if you haven't been to DFW before. In our agreement with DFW, our shuttle is only allowed to go to certain spots in each of the terminals. We have to make sure that guests are there or they will not be able to be picked up by a courtesy shuttle.
Convenient for an overnight stay A bit loud, could hear people slamming the doors in the next room. Convenient, clean and free airport shuttle every top of the hour. Make sure you book it just in case. bed is comfortable, has a fridge and a microwave and a big TV.
