Awesome Couple things that I didn't care for was that my debit card was charged BEFORE I checked in. I was advised that this would happen only when I called the day before my arrival...so if I would not not have called with questions I would not have known and my rooms could have been cancelled if the funds were not available. One more thing that kinda irritated me was the lady in the breakfast area. She had a bad attitude. We never cancel the rooms for declined credit cards before we reach out to the guest first, we do preauthorize for the first night because of our cancellation policy. Overall it was a good location I would stay there again I chose to stay at this location because the picture showed that it had an indoor and outdoor pool which it does not it only has an indoor pool and the spa/Jacuzzi is only warm water no jets Room was nice and clean Breakfast was good

Good hotel value for money The location was excellent for business. close to the airport. Excellent shuttle service. Great reception staff. Pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast

Good Breakfast The only complaint i have is the shower in our room could have been a little cleaner and had a slow drain. We enjoyed the hot tub the most the room was clean and pretty spacious.The hot breakfast was also good and they were still putting out food as late as 8:30 even though breakfast ended at 9AM. Also staff was quite friendly at check in and gave us a card for a free appetizer at the Saltgrass Steak house right next door that we were going to eat at.

Exceptional The room was great. We had nice size beds and a large tv. The room was very clean and customer service was great.
