Nice and welcoming place to stay The a/c in the room never ran right … or we couldn't figure out the controls well enough to operate it correctly. There was a constant feeling of dampness in the air and the rooms never really cooled off properly. The hotel is nice and in a nice location. It is clean and the breakfast buffet is well stocked and good. Everything was great except for the a/c in the room. Never could get it to run without feeling dampness in the air. Great for family trips Slight musky/and or pet urine smell in stairs. Found sewing pins in the room carpet. Two stairwells and an elevator, so didn't need to wait for the elevator or use main lobby to take pups out. The pet area was close to one stairwell. Breakfast was nice, and creamer options great in the lobby.

Thank you for the review, and thank you for the comment about the sheets, we are now trying a new stain removing process that will clear up any stains. We do make sure that the sheets are changed everyday, but I did notice that a few had some stains and we will correct that. We hope you use our hotel again in the future!
Exceptional Hotel was clean, staff super friendly, bed most comfortable would recommend. Location was great, close to motorcycle shops!!!

Would definitely go back. Since you have an indoor pool, maybe install a heater in the water. Its Freezing with no sun getting on it. That's about it. And clean the hot tub better. Breakfast was good. The room was nice.
