I was thoroughly pleased. The staff was warm and welcoming, the shuttle service is excellent they to I liked everything I was thoroughly pleased. Very Good the motel as a whole was nice The front attendants were very nice. The general location is great! The water in the pool was cold and the hot tub was just nasty and the railing to the hot tub was broke at the concrete.

overpriced hall ways and building were hot. Picture of a deluxe king room during booking are not a depiction of the room. paid for one thing got another, bait and switch the room was clean

It shows you booked a Standard Deluxe King Room, which is what you received when you checked in, I also checked the pictures that are on booking.com and they are also correct. I am sorry you thought you booked a different room. You could have upgraded if you would have let us know.
