Nice clean updated hotel Nice clean updated hotel, decent breakfast friendly staff. Morning staff was very friendly- however, front desk personnel were having to double up getting breakfast ready so no one was available for 5- words minutes when we were ready to check out.

Close to DFW Pros: Clean Cons: Wireless internet access is terrible. Given room key to an occupied room. Scheduled shuttle and told to be in lobby by 4am, in lobby at 3:52 no shuttl Location: Fly Fair place and staff apologized for the mistakes. Like key to occupied room and shuttle leaving before scheduled time.

Very nice clean room. It had updated decor and bathroom. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful and friendly. We accidentally left something in our room. They called us and are mailing it to us. That's great customer service.

the best hotel I have stayed in The hotel was clean. The indoor pool/spa was great with a calming waterfall. The rooms are great with great beds. The breakfast is great and the business center was free with free printing!

Real value for the money Pros: Spacious rooms, reasonable prices for meeting rooms. Cons: The breakfast The rooms were very spacious, the staff was excellent and went out of their way to meet our requirements. I had a last minute request for a meeting room equipped with a white board and was nice to see that no follow up was required and the message was passed on the the appropriate staff the next day. I'm very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at the hotel.

We arrived much earlier than check in time and they let us check in anyway. The free airport shuttle was awesome!
