Best customer service I've ever had. Pros: The staff was the best I've ever encountered and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. Cons: Can't think of anything. It's not a 5 star hotel with all the amenities, but for the budget concious traveller you could not do better than this. Location: Close to DFW and Harris Methodist HEB Hospital. Clean rooms! Friendly staff!! I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, nearby the airport and a 10 min drive to the mall! Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, free breakfast was good and staff very friendly!! Would Surely recommend this hotel to a friend!

Nice hotel close to the airport! Pros: Close to Airport. Free 24/7 Shuttle Service Allowed to keep car parked at hotel until I returned a few days later ($5 day) Large comfortable rooms! Checked in around 10PM and had to catch a plane very early the next morning. Front desk was very with information about the airport shuttle that is provided. Airport shuttle arrived at 4:00 AM to take me to the airport while I left my car at the hotel as I was returning in a few nights for another stay before I drove back home. When I flew b... read more

Great hotel but the night we stayed had a lot of noisy guests.

Styrofoam plates & plastic cutlery This is a budget hotel. It's clean and functional enough. That said, the 'breakfast' presentation was dismal. Very limited selection of basic, cheap items (the scrambled egg looked like reconstituted powdered egg, etc) the worst thing was the styrofoam plates, cups and cutlery. Not s good way to start the day. I wouldn't stay with this hotel group again. It was depressing.

GREAT STAY! Pros: Free breakfast, free wifi and 24 hour shuttle. Cons: Bed was a little too firm for me, but may be fine for someone else. I would like softer mattress. Location: Small, quiet town. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Great staff, very friendly, very helpful staff. Rooms are clean. They have a pool/Jacuzzi. Free breakfast. The breakfast is hot also.
