Nice rooms Check in staff charged my card twice and was not focused at all. Room was nice.
Great stay - Great location! The ONLY problem (if you even want to call it that) was that the jets on the hot tub did not work very well at all. I only dealt with one staff member (the girl who checked us in) - I didn't get her name but she was very friendly! We loved the pool!!!
Would definitely consider staying again Would like more hot food variety in breakfast. Though it was decent, after the first several days the same meat and eggs did start getting tiresome. Also the local water supply tastes pretty terrible, and it's what's used in all their coffee / juices, water fountains. Close driving distance to airport, malls. Nice pool, decent work out room, free breakfast and parking! Staff is very helpful, and everything is clean.
A pleasant stay that made a pleasant day I didn't like that the ironer in the room did not work properly. I had to get several irons from the housekeeping before I finally got one that worked. Also, I didn't like the complimentary soap as much. It is a very clean and safe environment. It's accessible to the main highway.
Beautiful hotel but service could be better Arrived at 2, checkin time is 3, and asked to be able to check in early but not go to the room. We had to leave to head to the stadium and wouldn't be back till after midnight. Was told people were still checking out and rooms being cleaned. Asked for a first floor and because we are a late checkin we were put on the 4th floor. Checkout is at 11 and breakfast ends at 9 is not acceptable. Not very accommodating. The room was beautiful and the bed was amazingly comfortable
