Super nice staff & excellent room! The staff was very helpful even going out if their way to take me to a restaurant for dinner that was outside of their approved route. The room was very nice & clean. I will stay here every time I'm in Dallas!

Nice place and friendly staff. The only thing was I messed up and reserved 2 rooms by accident and didn't realize it until it was to late and they wouldn't work with me on it. My bad.
May consider another hotel next time Room was uncomfortable, could not sleep because of the sound from other room. There was a door connecting with other room. Clearly hear talking from other room. Breakfast was not great, only few breakfast items and there were not enough seats in breakfast area.
Nice hotel close to Dr. Pepper Star Center Euless Very helpful and attentive...when we asked for housekeeping to come earlier to fit our schedule they took care of it. Loved the access to the next door hotel's outdoor pool (and I'm sure they love access to our indoor pool in the winter!). Missed having more breakfast options like eggs and bacon.

Great service There was a shuttle service from DFW to the hotel. Then they shuttled me to my morning destination. That was very unexpected. New girl at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. I think she was a great pick for the position. Place was very clean, neat, organized and comfortable. I will def stay there again. Thank you.
