The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the indoor pool too..
Brenda the representative at the service desk was just very polite and accommodateable very friendly and transportation person was as well. I can't recall his name he picked me up at 5:00am on schedule so I could make it to my flight on time.
AC in my room made lots of noise. Had to wait 20 minutes at front desk before anyone was there to greet me or check me in.
I just wish y'all had some food options/refrigerated and frozen.
The staff was amazing. The hotel itself was a little older so seemed a little run down.
Only problem I had was tv was not working.
Staff was friendly, room was clean. Wall unit AC was leaking water slowly. Floor in room is vinyl plank which is different than I am used to and likely a cleaner option than carpet. The rooms are not very sound proof at all. If you have bad/loud neighbors you will hear them well from your room.
