It looked nice, well-kept, and orderly. We enjoyed the friendliness of everyone, especially the driver, Juan, who picked us up at the airport. He was interesting to talk with. The lady at the desk when we walked in was very kind and helpful.
Service to the airport was great! Room was beautiful and very clean!
The carpet in the room was in terrible shape...it didn’t even meet the wall and had a big tear as you walked in. Everything else was good.
We stayed two nights family trip. Cleanliness was really good.
It was for the most part very clean. Housekeeping and maintenance staff do a pretty good job which are in my opinion the biggest asset to a hotel. Location of hotel is good 15-20 minute drive to ranger and cowboy stadium. Just a few minutes drive to six flags and hurricane harbor. Will stay here again.
