The staff was very kind and helpful. I think the building was going through renovations or remodeling because there was They ran out of there grab and go breakfasts, but I was given some muffins which was awesome. I can’t wait until the breakfast is brought back. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the wireless charging pad on the awesome lamp in the room.
A great place to stay. Very noisy guests in other rooms. The staff was exceptional. The room was very comfortable. Not their normal breakfast due to COVID, but a nice bagged breakfast.
Enjoyed our stay Complimentary breakfast were just muffins in bags due to the pandemic Everything I had my family on my business trip and they were great with us from price to shuttles to the airport and the American Airlines training center.
This hotel is, by far, the best hotel I've stayed at in years. My only really real complaint is that the bed and bathroom counter are too high for short people. I would recommend getting a step stool, especially for the bathroom counter, if you're not 6 ft tall. There's also quite a bit of space between the edge of the counter and the sink, which makes it harder to lean over when washing your face or brushing your teeth.
