Pleasant A strong musty smell, I asked to be move and the next room was also the same, the phone was not working I had to use my cells to call the front desk and the guy at the front desk was rude he said they could not do anything about it till the next day about the phone, and no available rooms to move to till the next day he just came up and sprayed around to mask the smell. Comfortable and convenient Occasionally, one of the staff members was a bit rude. Although it was a smoke free hotel, I would often smell heavy cigarette smoke in the hallway and elevator. Towards the end of my stay, they started running out of items in the lobby (coffee, sugar, napkins, etc). However, they tried to improvise with replacements. Some guests were very noisy.
