Pleasant Very short on resources..had to wait to check in because the only person working was getting sheets for another guest It was clean and reasonably confortable Great shower The shuttle driver

Great stay at a reasonable price. N/A I like that breakfast was included, they have a complimentary shuttle bus and my room was spacious.
Came to see friends. No food places nearby to get a meal or snack. Close to the airport, convenient shuttle. Large room and bathroom. Quiet in the evenings.

Exceptional We stayed here before flying out to playa del Carmen my best friend left her passport in her car and her mom dropped us off the hotel met her mom with my best friend to get her passport. I give them a 10 plus excellent service
