The room was clean and staff was friendly. I would stay here again.
I loved the round the clock shuttle. It was very convenient. The front desk staff and drivers were very helpful. I would definitely stay again.
Overall ambience is dark everywhere. Bed was too high
Whoever the lady is that does the breakfast is one of the nicest people ever!
Amazing free breakfast buffet, free parking, clean, huge rooms and dog friendly! Inside had a huge heated pool with a hot tub. The hotel was very noisy though. We constantly heard the people in the room on the floor above us so I know the first level heard us (so sorry) I wish the staff would of been a little more welcoming but overall it was great. I will definitely be staying here again! I’d give it a 9 out of 10!
It looked nice, well-kept, and orderly. We enjoyed the friendliness of everyone, especially the driver, Juan, who picked us up at the airport. He was interesting to talk with. The lady at the desk when we walked in was very kind and helpful.
Service to the airport was great! Room was beautiful and very clean!
