Rude front desk staff. Rude cleaning staff. Dirty hotel. Almost everything. Terrible shower accommodations, damp smelly hallways, this place was one of the worst places I've stayed in awhile. Ennis doesn't have a lot of options but this isn't a good one. We went to the Ubbi Dubbi festival and the room smelled like smoke. Everything from the carpet to the decor was old and dated and the staff was not friendly.

Fair The shower curtain had mold on it. Not so much that it was discusting just disappointing but overall the stay was quite and relaxing even though I had three small children with me. Staff was kind and welcoming. Beds were comfortable room was nice size.

Fair Toilet wasn't working right. Bathroom door had black greasy hand prints on it.

Musty smelling No indoor pool. Breakfast was very lacking. Tv in rooms is crazy small. Stupid elevator layout. The two room suite is not very sweet Had a room available. Bed was very comfy

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room smelled of mildew. Hand washed an item and was still wet 2 days later. Toilet was stopped up. 6 times someone had to come up. One night we were told no one was available and a work order would go in in the morning! My husband plunged the toilet himself. Sam said worse case scenario we would be moved to another room on the last night. Had to demand to be moved because of no toilet! He had to get permission from the Gen Mngr.
