Hard to get to - dirty area - under construction

My friends and I stayed here one night for two rooms. Hotel is currently under renovation. The check-in staff was nice, rooms were basically clean and the location is convenient. Some details might not do well due to renovation reasons. My friend saw a small mouse in their room, my room was no trash can. And towels in both rooms were not enough. Reading the reviews I was really worried about the hotel. But may be because of my worse expectations, the stay was pretty good. It was worth the money. There is some renovation going on, so some temporary arrangements are made. Other than that the stay was okay.
