The knowledge of surroundings areas for travelers isn’t the hotel best quality. Our room wasn’t cleaned just trash taken away. No towels or bed made. Disappointed with that

I agree front desk staff should be knowledgeable of the local area. Not enough working ice machines.

Very noisy

They had free breakfast, make your own waffles, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee, tangerine, bananas. A restaurant that was right next door another restaurant in the same parking lot. We ordered a deliver pizza the name doesn’t match google maps so that was a bit of an issue.

Front area is under renovation. Not complain for the money spent
