Excellent There wasn't any available parking lot for guests. I had to park over a block away and carry my luggage. The front door is only accessible by stairs, and being that there wasn't a ramp to allow the usage of a luggage trolley, it made getting my luggage into and out of the hotel difficult. The hotel was clean, my room was comfortable, the staff was Extremely friendly, and for the most part very accommodating. The continental breakfast was great. Plenty of options. We also have a ramp located on the side of the hotel where the shuttle is parked. Exceptional Airport pickup and drop off was really nice. Is extremely close to the subway. Staff were nice and friendly

Pleasant Train line right next to it, woke me up a fair few times! Room quite cold as well. Walls quite thin so could hear other people. Room was big, bathroom was lovely, complimentary toiletries were nice.

Good Not your fault, but I missed breakfast both times I stayed because of my early departure. The front desk clerk (a fellow Trini from Fyzabad) was quite pleasant and helpful.
