Ok for one night coming or going to the airport. Nothing to do around the area. Roomy, comfy bed, bathroom ok with amenities, breakfast ok, nice selection of food to purchase, microwave available in room, close to the metro.

Exceptional Everything was okay but it was a little further away from the airport than I expected. They have better breakfasts then probably any hotel I've ever stayed.

Lovely staff The staff...especially Tracey and Carl the shuttle driver were AMAZING and really HUMAN which is something you dont see much of anymore...real people....I would come back just for their excellent service and conversation! And it was pet friendly!

Good We waited 40 minutes at very cold weather for airport shuttle and they did not call us to explain airport shuttle was not availale but they excused because of our mobile number was not using a local phone line. However, they paid taxi cost. Clean and comfortable room.

Adequate for what I needed Room was a little small The breakfast was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. The gentleman what I checked in in the evening was friendly and very helpful and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job

Exceptional I was there December 31 just for one day, I forget my Bluetooth speaker in room 610 . When I speak to the staff about it they don’t know. That’s not nice for your reputation
