Good Too Far away front the city. 24 miles away from JFK airport. Clean and airport shuttle

Good Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Long way from JFK, but shuttle was good except it only ran every 2 hrs. Bath was good but needs more shelf space.

Just okay When I was booking on Booking.com, I was told I would enjoy a 10% discount as a genius member but the discount wasn't applied and when I enquired, I was told to contact Booking.com. I wasn't happy about this. The friendliness of the Staff especially Tracey.

Ok The area is not flash. The hotel seems fairly new so everything was clean and working. No complaints about the room - exactly what you would expect from this chain.

Relaxing 1 day stay in queens I wasn’t told that there was a shelter inside hotel. Wasn’t really a problem but would’ve been nice to have been told upon check in. Quiet and not too far from where my family lives. Very close to beach
