A good hotel, not near JFK Airport. The location is misleading - This is not an JFK Airport hotel. There is no place to eat or have a drink nearby. The room was good and clean and comfortable. The staff were great.

Good for JFK access No supermarket or restaurants nearby , couldn’t check in earlier than 3pm Free airport shuttle, good breakfast

Each Room has a Restaurant Menu book to choose restaurants from. Clean and comfortable hotel. Great value for the money. A bit far off the airport. Neighborhood feels somewhat dodgy. I stubbled upon past reviews claiming the hotel to serve as a shelter - I find it *very* hard to believe given the pros and lack of such information on the internet - but it did raise a red flag. Do yourselves a favor and run a quick check to feel comfortable but from what I saw there of NOTHING to be worried about more than usual Hotel and rooms are Very clean. Very Good
Somehow Good No so close to the airport. You need to count at least 30 minutes ride. Shuttles not frequent, In the morning at 4, 5.30, and 7... Nothing to do in the neighborhood. Room is cold and heating doesnt work well. Bed was good.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Free Shuttle Service runs 24 hours and will get you to your flight on time, comfortably. Far Rockaway is rebuilding from Hurricane Sandy but new construction is going on every day. There are restaurants and the Beach is across the street with a brand new boardwalk. The A Train is located on the corner of hotel and will take you into Manhattan in 45 minutes. We hope to serve you again.
Good The neighborhood isn't great, but we were flying out of JFK and it was close and by far the cheapest. Great Value for Money.

Good please for a layover in JFK, and best value for money in the area A bit far from JFK, but free shuttle service makes up for that. The train passing nearby during night could be a bit annoying if you have light sleep. great staff, clean rooms. it is the second time I stay here for a short layover in NY. Although it is far from JFK they provide free shuttle.
