Aangenaam en vriendelijk IJskoude kamer, maar dat was opgelost toen we de kachel zelf aandeden. Niet veel bijzonders om te doen in de buurt. Maar perfect als je gewoon in transit zit. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers, van de shuttle driver t/m de receptioniste. Allemaal zeer behulpzaam, kalm en goede luisteraars.

Exceptional It's about a 25 min ride from airport. The airport shuttle was a welcome sight in the cold NYC weather. Enjoyed the breakfast...great value for the money!

A very pleasant experience. There was plenty of a very hot water from the sink, but barely any hot water in the shower?! Had to take super quick shower! Design of room & comfort & breakfast.

Don’t trust the airport shuttle driver. All other staff is great and friendly. The first airport shuttle run bus driver. He talked on the phone doing video chat the whole way and was speeding and slamming on his breaks suddenly because he was video chatting. My kids were scared and when we got to the hotel he continued to talk on the phone and my husband had to carry all the bags out of the car into the hotel. He did not help.
