Good for what I needed, it was clean. I had to leave before breakfast but it smelled good. Could not close the door regularly and have latch, had to use excessive force. Staff were friendly and prompt, room was clean.

Exceptional Staff was amazing every single one of them ! You walk right outside and there’s the subway. It’s a very good location. I saw some reviews complaining about food and stores weren’t around but they had a binder full of food options in the room. They do have a parking gararge under the building but it’s very small and very compact. I used it and had no problems

Convenient for layover at JFK A bit far from JFK Airport - 30 minute shuttle ride. The free shuttle service was convenient and easy to arrange. We also lost a small item on the shuttle and they were very accommodating in looking for it and arranging to have the item collected. It was also close to public transportation, so we were able to make a quick trip Manhattan and the Bronx. The staff was helpful with navigating the city.

Good The room wasn’t properly vetted: curtains didn’t close properly. No visible security measures & the smell of weed was rampant. Cost - not worth what was price due to the limited time spent. The first room assigned to was on the first floor next to a busy street at 11:00 pm & the curtains did not close all the way. Second room was on 6th floor but closer to subway line (very noisy). I only slept for 3 hours only to wait on shuttle bus as it was not annotated on check-in.

Good Room was a bit stuffy, but turning on the ac worked. Close to JFK, with shuttle service. We were just sleeping until the next flight. Breakfast was free and very good.
