Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite large and nice. Only shortcoming was that the Houston Astro channel wasn’t available.

My overall experience was good but the only request I had when I made the reservation was to be on the 1st floor away from the elevator.I fully understand not being able to be placed on the 1st floor but I felt intentionally ridiculed when I was put in the DIRECTLY in front of the elevator on the 2nd floor.
