My overall experience was good but the only request I had when I made the reservation was to be on the 1st floor away from the elevator.I fully understand not being able to be placed on the 1st floor but I felt intentionally ridiculed when I was put in the DIRECTLY in front of the elevator on the 2nd floor.
The staff were all outstanding, friendly and helpful. A shout out to the housekeeping staff who found my rings. I got a call from the hotel that my rings were found before i noticed I forgot them.
Easy to find, quick check-in, friendly staff
I was disappointed that the hot tub was cold. After I sent housekeeping away, I left and they came anyway. It felt a bit intrusive. The WiFi was spotty and slow. Overall, it was an alright getaway.
