The amenities in the rooms were very outdated we had a very small TV that had a DVD player included no remote that work properly and the TV was very fuzzy.. the furniture was old and outdated the only thing new or updated was the paint on the walls
Good hotel for travel and passing through. Not too far from Ft. Worth attractions. Staff was so nice.
Loved the location of the hotel, only a 20-30min drive to everywhere we wanted to visit while on our trip! Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, check in was easy, parking was nice! The only complaints are that the fridge wasn’t keeping cool very well, only one shelf was doing the job but if in there too long it would basically freeze it 😅 some of my breastmilk went to waste. Poor maintenance We had problems with the elevator beginning on Thursday evening when we checked in and we brought it to the attention of the person on duty. We continued to have problems until Sunday when they had to shut down the elevator. The person on duty tried to act like the problem had just started. The Hotel needs to react to problems and get them fixed ASAP, most problems will not fix themselves. I am assuming that they wanted to avoid after hours service fees. Best Hotel stay in a long time!!! Everything about this Hotel was great!! Donovan at the front desk was very informative and quick to get me to my room! Pool and Hot-tub were functioning and a great way to relax. The ladies who did breakfast were always pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back!!!
Construction workers brought mud into the halls.
Great place Very friendly staff, excellent pet policy, hotel clean and well-kept.
