Room 208 air condition squealed all night, loudly. Other than that, place was good and staff very friendly
I didn’t like that breakfast was served at another hotel

Unfortunately during this process we are having our guest walk across the parking lot to have breakfast at our sister property the Fairfield. We are on the last stages of our renovations and I do hope that you come back and see our newly updated property once completed.

Front desk lady very nice and very nice rooms!
Our heater/air conditioning unit was very noisy and didn’t work very well. Our shower head was not working very well. The room was clean, and the property is under going a renovation.
The staff was awesome! But I didn't like that we had to walk next door for breakfast. And hopefully they get better toilet paper haha it sucked bad! And the ac wasn't working neither

There was no hairdryer in the room, had to go down to the desk & get one. No one cleaned our room Saturday, we had to ask for towels….

Good morning Beverly. I am saddened to hear that your room was not cleaned on the 14th. I did go back and look at our housekeeping paperwork and it shows that you were a do not disturb that day. By chance did you have your DND sign on your door early that morning? Sometimes our housekeepers make rounds pretty early. I spoke to the front desk agent working when you called for the hair dryer and unfortunately she was not able to get the hair dryer to you due to having multiple guest at the time. It was a great stay!!! Def would stay there again! Staff are super friendly and the breakfast was great…just wish the breakfast area was finished and did not have to go to the sister hotel to eat but overall a wonderful place just had issues with the ac not working correctly
The best thing was the staff. The young lady who checked us in was exceptionally gracious. She apologized for the inconvenience caused by the construction going on and kept encouraging us to ask for anything we might need. Great employees like those we dealt with are vital to a pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable. I am very particular about pillows and always bring my own to be sure of good ones.
