Overall, the hotel was wonderful, from the room to the staff, I can not say enough great things.

I always like holiday inn but this hotel was impressive

Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
The staff was great. My only issue is I got a handicapped room and the shower had no seal or anything to keep the water from going out all over the bathroom floor and it even spilled out to the hall. Had to use all the towels to soak up the water every time we showered.
Pet friendly..indoor pool..had a clog in sink..fixed very fast
Only thing i didn't like was they had a breakfast in a bag. I do realize it's because of Covid, just be glad when it's over
