Good The night we arrived, despite the hotel offered the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, nobody helped us. We called in advance to book the ride, once we were at the airport we called and the reception told us we couldn't get it anymore. 2 girls alone at midnight in the airport. The morning after they apologized, but STILL UNBELIEVABLE!

Pleasant I had just come from my husband's burial service and booked at this hotel because i saw it had a pool and jacuzzi and was looking forward to unwinding there. Unfortunately, neither could be used because they were dirty and with algae. I was very disappointed. The staff was very accomdating since the young woman at check-in noticed me coming in with my sister in law who has difficulty walking. She set us up on the first floor and informed me to park in the back which was closer to my room.
