Loved the location and the grounds. In dire need of a renovation and better cleaning practices. It was very dirty and run down. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Stayed for 1 night before taking cruise. No major complains and we got what we expected.
A couple of things concerned us - the area around the property appeared to be sketchy (businesses with windows barred or glass separating workers from customers. Secondly, the morning breakfast was awful. It was inedible.
Staff is courteous and very nice!
