Needs some updating. Crowded lobby/breakfast area, to small for number of rooms.
This looked like an older property, but was very well kept. It was clean, had a fridge and microwave and the staff was VERY friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we are out that way.

Nice rooms, beautiful tranquil setting. Pool area a little tired. Pool and hot tub need a refresh.

Nice view on waterfront property. Staff were friendly. Good shuttle service. Room was clean except for bathroom floor under sink.

Ran out of hot breakfast early (by 8 am)… so family did not get breakfast as anticipated given our room/rate description. Hotel did replace with other breakfast options … and were unapologetic.

It was close to the airport and cruise port. The price for the facilities was overpriced, but I guess that's the way it is in Florida cities. You don't necessarily get what you pay for, but I can't feature spending upwards of $500 to spend the night in a classy hotel. This place wasn't close to any restaurants so we were kind of limited. We did take a cab to Hollywood Beach for the afternoon, and there were nice hotels along the boardwalk, but there's no guarantee they won't be "well used" too. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the pool and lake. Temperature was easy to control and the bed was comfortable. Due to it's location we felt safe in leaving our vehicle. After a late night out we tried to sleep in a bit but they started "testing the fire alarms" at 8:30. It felt more like they were saying "get out of our place" If you were truly testing the fire alarms, do so between noon and 3pm when it's after check-out and before check-in.
