Could be better I requested queen or king size beds, I got full. The mattresses were lumpy. The air conditioner control had no face plate. Knobs/switch on AC could not be adjusted for comfort. Overall satisfaction for staying here is a 4 out of 10. . My honest opinion. Location

Pleasant It was a good hotel the person who checked me and did a wonderful job he was polite he was pleasant but the night crew nasty It was OK just no one clean the room because we didn’t stay an additional day at the hotel for us to get our rooms cleaned clean towels the staff was a little nasty at night I asked for an additional pillow they stated that they have anymore this is a hotel how do you run out of pillows

Bruno’s getaway The beds were uncomfortable because both had a very soft mattress. This may not be an issue for others as my preference is a firm mattress. The furniture could use some updating but that’s a minor issue. Pool was excellent with a relaxing lake view. Lots of shopping and food nearby. Laid back with plenty of areas for our dog to walk. Very happy to stay here again.
Awesome It was one of the few pet friendly hotels in the area.
