Originally booked 1 king bed, next night i was able to change to two double beds. Great service! Stay was great. Breakfast was good, Could have had eggs & bacon. Location was great!

Awesome The doors need better soundproofing, the sofa bed was not very comfortable, and the elevators are very slow. It would be convenient if linens and pillows for the sofa bed were already in the closet. I had to go down to the front desk to get linens and there were no pillows available. Ironically, I was given pillowcases with the linen. Some of the fixtures, like the doors within my suite, were a little outdated and did not close completely. Excellent Upon walking in, the girl at the front desk had no smile, no happiness, looked like she hated her job and was miserable. Our door to the bathroom wouldnt shut without a massive slamming sound. The crib provided had no sheets. The pull out couch we told we would be using had no bedding in the room. The door to our room itself wouldnt shut without slamming it as well. NOt an ideal nightly stay with our 2 kids. I liked the location, the beds were great, nice big room, loved how big the bathroom is
Pleasant Ripped wallpaper in hallways. Hallway noise. A bit worn. Very convenient to airport. Clean. Nice lobby setup with water and coffee.
Absolutely wonderful. The staff , never have I met more useful, kind staff. Very nice
