Very updated and on a small lake, nice overall. Good breakfast included, coffee in the room. Great overall, only downfall is the elevator was slow and always full and waiting on it. A property this size should/could have 2.

Over priced and rude staff Staff was rude, waited over an hour to check in, airport transportation could not accommodate all guests and didn’t seem to care, we had to get an Uber. Snacks were way over priced for someone who had to sit and wait almost 2 hours to check in. The room was clean

Excellent Breakfast could be much better, was quite disappointed. I thought the hotel was value for the money i paid, until I saw the breakfast. Lift is so slow. Nice little hotel. The room was nice and quite big. Bed was comfortable. Custoner service was great and staff helpful. Microwave, fridge and coffee/teas provided in room. The hourly shuttle service to Airport was on time.

Good The hotel was having some work done on the outside and the inside needed a little bit of work. It just needed to be updated a little. When I arrived, it was before noon and my room wasn't ready yet. They offered to hold my luggage while I went shopping near by.

spacious room, good price, but to-be-improved airport pickup service Their picking up at the airport is terrible. I called in on the same day to schedule a pickup but didn't see any shuttle waiting when I arrived. When I called the front desk again it seemed nothing was even scheduled. The lady's attitude was so impatient when I asked where and when to meet. It was 13min from the airport to the hotel, but it took us almost one hour and several phone calls back and forth. It was ok. The facility was in the middle of construction, so the windows were covered with plastic. It just felt closed in.
