Pleasant staff at desk not very helpful, gentleman working front desk was not friendly and had a crappy attitude as if we were bothering him. Did not thank me and did not smile at all. room was clean, location was ok

Exceptional The one elevator was too slow. The pool and patio facing the lake give the location a beautiful private feeling.

I was excellent Almost missed where the hotel was should have a big sign at the entrance. Check in clerk was fast and courteous! She multitasked and still got the job done.

Pleasant Bed was old and uncomfortable, floors weren’t clean, bathroom didn’t appear to be scrubbed down The breakfast was decent. Staff were attentive and friendly
