Exceptional I would like to see a restaurant and bar, after a long day of travel it would of been nice to relax and eat at the restaurant, also an ATM for use would have been great! Friendly staff, very nice clean and comfortable hotel!

A great cruise port hotel, great service, friendly staff, comfortable accommodation. The breakfast fare needs to be healthier, there are far too many high-sugar foods offered. Although they offer apples and sliced oranges, ALL the other foods (cereals, oats, waffles, muffins etc.) are ALL unhealthy offerings. The Night Manager (Marie, I think) is a great asset to the hotel. She is efficient, proficient, quick, friendly and very helpful. Good Nous avons apprécié les gaufres au déjeuner, le service de navette gratuite à l'aéroport,le service de shuttle au terminal de croisière, la cour arrière et la piscine et l'amabilité du personnel. Chambre assez grande et confortable avec frigo et micro-ondes.

Nice stay despite the hotel undergoing repairs from hurricane damage. So great to have a shuttle to take you to the airport, cruise port and even the shopping mall which is within walking distance. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
