Fair The property is either undergoing renovations, or being repaired following hurricane damage. In any case, the common areas were a mess. I would have appreciated a heads-up on the situation ahead of time, so that I might have had the opportunity to find alternate accommodations. I have to think that some travelers were advised, as I was the only person in the lobby for breakfast at 8 AM. Staff helpful.
