Pleasant The room had baby roaches running around in the bathroom. The room was very cold. Could not figure out how to adjust the AC. Wish there was a couch for us to sit. There was a desk with chairs. The room was not suitable for a family with children. Its more for a business person. Bed was comfy. Overall, the grounds and place were very clean.

Nice location Not enoough computer's and needs to be more clear on shuttle services they provide. Location was nearby food and shopping plaza.

Excellent overpriced for one night stay shuttle
Unhappy customer--Horrid airport service The service from the airport was horrible. I had to call the hotel three times and thirty minutes in order to get picked up and the first one drove right past us not loaded and did not stop. The last time I called I told the desk attendant if I had to get a taxi I was charging it to the hotel and was finally picked up. According to the desk attendant they have no way of communicating with the driver,this should be rectified. The hotel itself was great.
