Maravilloso,Esther que no tuviera restaurant y bar. todo me gusto,principalmente los empleados,por ejemplo Stanley de la recepcion y Mercedes en el desayuno,desayuno Continental muy bueno,el café riquisimo,todo muy limpio,las camareras muy amables,en general fue una estancia relax y placentera,yo regreso con mi perrita Kuki pronto.
Pleasant Check-in staff was a bit rude. Pool!

Wonderful, relaxing experience; would do it again, for Location and shuttle service were excellent; very good drivers, and quite courteous. Staff helpful. Beautiful lake front property, including pool and hot tub, clean and well maintained. A great ambiance. Excellent shopping and dining within walking distance, even on a budget. Got in a bit of family fishing too! Would certainly visit again!
Good for the value with excellent front desk service. Didn't realize the hotel accommodated dogs/ animals and my children are allergic. They were on the same floor as ours. The hall smelled like smoke but the room itself was very clean and smelled fresh. Only downside was the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and the windows were so foggy in the room and halls you could not see outside. Limited breakfast selection but having it was a bonus nonetheless. Great staff. Very friendly.
Exceptional it was great as centrally located to every place we had to be including the beach. great stay!
