Exceptional Everything was great! The room was spacious and very clean the staff was wonderful and very helpful

Great place to stay before and after a cruise! We have stayed here 3 years in a row and have always been on floors 1 and 2. We were on the 5th this time and air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off. Also pool chairs need to be replaced Maureen was fabulous!!!! Excellent customer service. Others were just good but she was amazing!!!!!
Great Location For the cost, a better breakfast could be provided. The hotel itself should be updated immediately. It looks nice from the outside and lobby, but very run down once you are inside. The overall value for your money is low, but since it's an area for customers going to the cruise ships, they got you, and that is why the cost is about 35% (or more) higher than other hotels of the same name that are 30-40 minutes farther from the city. A good night at La Quinta. Elevates were very slow and not enough of them. Good location.
Excellent Noise outside of room. Stairway door kept slamming all night Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
