I had an early morning flight. The front desk clerk was starting to set up breakfast at 4.30 am. She made sure I got a bowl of cereal, fresh hot coffee and a muffin to go, even thought breakfast was not supposed to be ready till 6 am.

The housekeeping staff was very accommodating with getting us extra towels. The night hotel shuttle driver was also very accommodating with waiting for me and my elderly mother when picking us up late at the airport.
