My husband and his daughter and twin 3 year old grand babies arrived close to midnight after a long delayed trip. The front desk staff had bottles of water and a cookie waiting for them. Very kind to some very tired travelers. This is the 4 th stay at this hotel and all the staff have been great. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you all!

Nice stay pre-cruise Considering they are still repairing dameges from the Hurricane I have to say thank you for all you did for us. We had to change our flight last minute and traveled at night, to our surprise they had a room for us when we arrived; much apprciated. A very nice hotel in a nice area with a shuttle to the cruise port for a small fee, nice touch.

Was there during remodel was a little loud at times

We chose this particular hotel because it was close to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. Turns out this hotel is within a few minutes from just about everything. It’s clean, it’s in a decent area, it’s quiet, and the staff are friendly. I would stay here again.
