Good The bed wasn't as comfortable as some. The air conditioner was difficult to adjust, either blowing warm air or not blowing air at all. The location near the mall was great and we were looking for a quiet night near the airport. Room had comfortable seating options.
Good Needs a little upgrading in the bathrooms Free breakfast was nice.

Hotel confortable. A bit further from the airport than expected. Standard hotel with an acceptable breakfast.
Exceptional I took the wrong shuttle to the wrong hotel and your staff had your shuttle pick me up from the other hotel. When I walked through your hotel door my room key was ready and your staff treat me with dignity and respect. I couldn't be more pleased with your staff and your facility.
