Everything perfect except the price. The price was too high. We stayed in late January and paid 350. 00 Canadian for one night. Ouch! Hotel was very nice but expensive. Great place to stay one night before cruise. Shuttle from airport was fast and free and also shuttle to ship was well organized. Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Don't EVER stay at this hotel. You cannot trust what they say! I chose this hotel because your website said you provided airport and cruise shuttle. You did provide free airport shuttle, but you did not mention that I would have to pay for the cruise shuttle. This was FALSE ADVERTISING.
