Pleasant and met our needs for this trip. Only one elevator. The location on the lake and walking distance to local chain restaurants. Relative proximity to Airport and Cruise port.

Pleasant The smell of cannabis throughout the building, especially when no smoking signs were posted. Horrible. Cold coffee, white bread only, no muffins. No fruit. Staff extremely slow when asked for other items

Location nice; Hotel was very nice; Advanced room request services are not reliable and broken. Room service was not reliable. I was initially told that rooms are serviced daily. After returning to our room that night, our room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and informed the receptionist that I was told rooms are serviced daily and that our room had not been cleaned today. The receptionist informed me that I had been misinformed.
