First time in hotel and I loved everything about it. Especially the staff and peacefulness of the place and area. Will definitely return to this hotel. It was fun for me and family. Beautiful pool.

Great Customer Service Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The AC was not working properly so it did get warm in the room. The wifi was terribly slow, I was unable to do even a small amount of work without the windows freezing. And in the room I was in, the TV did not work, kept flashing SAMSUNG on the screen and would not shut off. Requested assistance from the front desk, still no luck, so we unplugged it and left it. The customer service was wonderful, everyone was kind and understanding with my situation.
