Good The hotel's rooms are OK....the hotel GENERALLY, needs a "refresh", including painting, fixing broken items, and the front desk staff shoud be dressed in proper uniforms. This is not the Waldorf and does not charge high prices, but the property badly needs a 'rehab"...

Exceptional Pool grounds had a lot of cigarettes butts, and tobacco on the grounds. The location, and my husband loves this spot, it's comforting.
