Nice hotel- clean and comfortable Parking was difficult to access and somewhat limited. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Very clean.
Drove in from Ohio to leave on a cruise from Port of Miami. Very Expensive! Friendly Staff. Clean Rooms. Staff dealt with some crazy stuff, from other “guests” with much professionalism. Very accommodating when our son & grandkids needed a last minute room after their “hotel” lost their reservation.
Served me with what I needed. Third time at location. Pool was not cleaned of leaves ect in it. Entrance door B was broken for three days.Keycard was not working. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
